These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Aura Wellness, an AI-powered wellness companion mobile app and related website operated by MG Tech. By using Aura Wellness, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Aura Wellness may provide AI-generated prompts, reflections, summaries, insights, and suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them. Aura Wellness does not guarantee that AI responses will meet your needs or expectations.

Aura Wellness is not a medical app, not therapy, not emergency support, and not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

The service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or disorder. If you are in danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

You may submit mood entries, journal notes, relationship reflections, goals, messages, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, improve, and provide Aura Wellness.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using Aura Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

You may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting mightygeek09@gmail.com. We will process eligible requests in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.

You may not misuse Aura Wellness, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, use it for illegal activity, harass others, upload malware, violate intellectual property rights, or attempt to bypass safety measures.

You may not use Aura Wellness as an emergency response tool or as a replacement for professional care.

Aura Wellness may be offered as a beta service. Features may change, be interrupted, contain bugs, or be discontinued at any time.

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MG Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Aura Wellness is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties except where warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled according to applicable courts and legal processes in India, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
